    Best bagels around not to mention the coffee! Seemed slightly disorganized in the way they take orders but fast service at least. Will definitely make this my morning spot!

    No longer a fan or a customer for the following reasons:
    1) Jalapeño bagel with almost no jalapeño but a slice of cheese melted on top is a quarter extra. Why? Hold the cheese and put some jalapeño in the bagel.
    2) Everything bagel only has garlic and sesame seeds. This is not everything.
    3) Owner is a crab and his negative attitude affects the whole staff. Never a smile or any positive vibe from this guy.
    4) Help wanted sign constantly indicates he can't keep help for some reason. Easy to understand, who would want to work for this pickle puss.

    This place is horrible...I ordered Taylor ham with sunny side egg...the eggs were under cooked, the Taylor ham was over cooked and the meal was a mess once I received it.

    Bad service. Didn't listen or attempt to get my whole order. My usually bagel, whole wheat bagel, fresh lox, cream cheese, tomato, onions, capers. What I get was whole wheat bagel, tomato, fresh lox, cream cheese. And talk about skimping on the cream cheese, damn. I will say lox was fresh and damn good. So they have that going for them. But the customer service needs improvement.

    Poor customer services. Gave this place a few chances to see if I was wrong the first time. The people behind the counter barely care to smile at you and they answer customer questions very curtly. It is evident that negative work energy is perpetuated in this establishment. I had errors in my order each time I've purchased from here. Their deli items have a decent flavor however their everything bagel is lacking. Will not go back.
